Mapping 100 years of the Sefton Coast

Join Aedan and Kelly from the Sefton team for FREE introductory talk to the Coasts in Mind Project

Online - Wednesday 1st October 2025

Coasts in Mind is a new community heritage project, mapping the changes that you have experienced on the Sefton coast. Using the archives, stories, and experiences of the people like you, we are preserving community heritage on our soon-to-be launched interactive mapping platform. In this short, guided demonstration, we will be introducing this resource, sharing some modern-day stories from the archive, and showing you how to contribute.

If you would like to help preserve heritage from Crosby to Southport for the Coasts in Mind project, then this event is for you.

Join us online from the comfort of your own home for this FREE event, on Wednesday 1st October.

Earlier in the month, on Wednesday 17th September, we'll be hosting a short online talk diving into the project's background. Sign up for this free introductory talk to learn about this community heritage project, how you can get involved, and to meet the team.

If you have any questions about Coasts in Mind or the event, then please contact Aedan and Kelly at [email protected]
